Ingredients

Fish maw (soaked and sliced) - 200
grams

Chinese mushrooms (soaked and
shredded) - 120 grams

Pig bones or chicken carcass - 300
grams

Sole fish (toasted) - 50 grams

Water - 4 liters

Glass noodle (soaked) - ½ cup

Chinese lettuce (shredded) - 2 leaves

Garlic oil 1 tablespoon
Ingredients for meat ball

Prawns (minced) - 250 grams

Pork (minced) - 300 grams

Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon

Sesame oil - 1teaspoon

Pepper and salt to taste
Method

Mix well all ingredients for meat
balls and make into small ball shape with a spoon.

Bring water to a boil in a deep
sauce pan, add pig bones or chicken carcass, toasted sole fish
and simmer for 1 hour. Add fish maw and mushrooms and simmer for
another 10 minutes.

Add meat balls and seasoning to
taste then boil for another 5 minutes. Garnish with glass
noodles, garlic oil and Chinese lettuce when serve.
