Ingredients

Chicken feet (debone) - 300 grams

Small onions (sliced) - 6 pieces

Red chilies (shredded) - 1 pieces

Chili padi (small chilies, chopped
finely)) - 5 pieces

Vinegar - 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Salt and sugar to taste

Pepper mint leaves - 10 pieces
Method

Cook chicken feet for 5 minutes in
boiling water, dish out and drain with a colander.

Rinse chicken feet well and transfer
to a big mixing bowl.

Add all other ingredients into the
mixing bowl and toss the dish well.

Leave to cool and garnish with pepper
mint leaves and serve.
