Chicken Feet Salad Recipe (Kerabu Chicken Feet)

Ingredients

  • Chicken feet (debone) - 300 grams

  • Small onions (sliced) - 6 pieces

  • Red chilies (shredded) - 1 pieces

  • Chili padi (small chilies, chopped finely)) - 5 pieces

  • Vinegar - 1 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

  • Salt and sugar to taste

  • Pepper mint leaves - 10 pieces

Method

  • Cook chicken feet for 5 minutes in boiling water, dish out and drain with a colander.

  • Rinse chicken feet well and transfer to a big mixing bowl.

  • Add all other ingredients into the mixing bowl and toss the dish well.

  • Leave to cool and garnish with pepper mint leaves and serve.
