Ingredients

Glass noodle (soaked) - 300 grams

Prawns (small, shelled & cooked) - 150
grams

Minced Ginger flower - some for
garnishing

Fried shallots - some for garnishing
Seasoning sauce

Sambal belachan - 3
tablespoons

Lime juice - 2 tablespoons

Sugar - 2 teaspoons

Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2
tablespoons

Thick coconut milk - 100 ml

Salt to taste
Method

Mix seasoning ingredients well in
a big mixing bowl.

Soak and blanch glass noodles then
mix well with cooked prawns and seasoning ingredients.

Garnish with some minced ginger
flower ands fried shallots. Serve.
