Ingredients
Chili paste (ground or blended)
Method

Season prawns with litter bit of
sugar and salt then pan fry in warm oil for 1 minute, dish up
and set aside.

Add chili paste into the pan with
remaining oil, sauté chili paste to fragrant, then return prawns
and stir fry to mix well.

Add water and simmer until prawns
are well cooked and gravy slightly reduced, season with sugar
and salt and serve.
