Ingredients

Fish (any choice) - 400 grams

Tomato sauce - 5 tablespoons

White vinegar - 1tablespoon

Sugar - 2 tablespoons

Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Water - 200 ml

Cooking oil for deep frying

Cucumber and tomato (sliced) for
garnishing
Ingredients blended or pounded
coarsely

Red chili - 2

Garlic - 5 cloves

Ginger - 20 grams
Method

Heat oil in wok and deep fry fish
until golden brown in color. Drain well and arrange on a serving
plate.

Leave 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
in the wok, sauté blended chili paste mixture to fragrant.

Add tomato sauce, vinegar, water
and seasoning and simmer to gentle boil.

Spread sauce over deep fried fish
and garnish with cucumber and tomato slices.
