Ingredients

Belly pork or pork with some fat (cut
into 1 inches pieces) – 600grams

Water – 450 ml

Cooking oil – 1 teaspoon

Hard-boiled eggs (shelled) – 2 pieces

Dark soy sauce – 2 tablespoons

Light soy sauce - 4 tablespoons

Sugar – 2 tablespoons

Pepper - ¼ teaspoons

Garlic - 4 cloves
Method

Mix all ingredients with meat and
marinate for 20 minutes.

Add in water to cover all ingredients
and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and add hard-boiled eggs.

Simmer over low heat until meat is
tender and gravy reduced by half. Add seasoning to taste and serve.
