Ingredients
- Potatoes (boiled and drained)
- 450 grams/1 lb
- Lean minced beef - 450 grams/1
lb
- Onion (cut into quarter) - 1
piece
- Spring onions (chopped) - 1
small bunch
- Garlic (crush) - 3 cloves
- Ground nutmeg -5 ml/1
teaspoon
- Coriander seeds (dry-fried and
ground) - 15 ml/1 tablespoon
- Cumin seeds (dry-fried and
ground) - 10 ml/2 teaspoon
- eggs (beaten) - 4 pieces
- cooking oil - 2 tablespoon
- salt and black pepper powder
to taste
Method
- Smash the potatoes while it is
still hot. Add it into a pan together with minced meat and
mix well.
- Chopped the onions, spring
onions and garlic finely and add to meat with ground nutmeg,
coriander, and cumin.
- Stir in beaten eggs to soften
which can formed into fritters. Season to taste.
- Heat the oil in a large frying
pan. Use a dessert spoon to scoop out fritters, arrange
into oval shape the pan fried for 3 minutes until golden brown.

- Drain well on kitchen paper
and serve while it is warm.
