Ingredients

Basmathi rice - 50 grams

Fresh milk - 800 ml

Ghee - 1 teaspoon

Cardamom (crushed) - 1 teaspoon

Evaporated milk - 160 ml

Sugar - 50 grams

Raisins - 20 grams

Almond (chopped) - 25 grams

Pistachio (chopped) - 25 grams

Method

Add ghee into sauce pan and simmer
to melt. Add fresh milk and crushed cardamom then bring to boil.

Add rice into the mixture and
simmer with low heat until rice is soft. Stir frequently to
avoid bottom get burnt.

Add sugar, evaporated milk and
raisins, continue string until mixture is thick and creamy.

Sprinkle with chopped almonds and
pistachio. You can also garnish dish with saffron.

serve hot.
