Ingredients

Chickpeas - 250 grams

Potato (boil, skinned, cubed) - 2
pieces

Green chili (sliced) - 2 pieces

Tomato - (cubed) -2 pieces

Tea leaves (any kind) - 1 tablespoon

Ginger (grated) 1 tablespoon

Garam masala - 2 tablespoons

Cumin (roasted, ground) - 1 teaspoon

Chili powder - 1 tablespoon

Mango powder - 1 teaspoon

Ghee - 50 grams

Salt to taste

Method

Tied tea leaves in muslin cloth,
soak chickpeas overnight and boil with tea leaves and salt until
soft. Drain well and let it cool.

Mix boiled chickpeas, potatoes,
tomatoes, green chilies, ginger, garam masala, cumin, mango
powder and salt in a big bowl.

Heat ghee until smoking hot then
pour it onto the chickpea mixture.

Stir well and serve with chapatti
or bhatura bread.
