Ingredients
Mint leaves - 100 grams
Small unripe mango (peeled) - 1 piece
Coriander leaves - 50 grams
Green chili (seeded) - 3 pieces
Ginger - about 2 cm
Cashew nuts or almonds - 7 pieces
Salt to taste
Method
Mix all ingredients except salt in a food processor and blend the mixture until smooth.
Add a little bit of water to make the blending smoother.
Add salt to taste.
