Mint Chutney

     Ingredients

  • Mint leaves - 100 grams

  • Small unripe mango (peeled) - 1 piece

  • Coriander leaves - 50 grams

  • Green chili (seeded) - 3 pieces

  • Ginger - about 2 cm

  • Cashew nuts or almonds - 7 pieces

  • Salt to taste

 

    Method

  • Mix all ingredients except salt in a food processor and blend the mixture until smooth.

  • Add a little bit of water to make the blending smoother.

  • Add salt to taste.
