Ingredients
- Fresh milk (ideally fresh
buffalo milk)- Any Amount
Method
- Use a heavy bottom pan, boil milk uncover over high
heat then turn to low heat.
- Keep stirring (so that the
bottom does not burn) for 40 minutes to 1 hour until milk thicken
to give you the Khoya.
- Remove from heat to cool then
keep in fridge until needed.
1 liter of fresh milk yield
about 200 grams of khoya. |
