Peel and grate the carrots finely.
Pour fresh milk into a large stock pan and add grated carrots.

Bring the carrot mixture to boil
and stir constantly to mix well until some liquid evaporated.

Add in all other ingredients
(except the ghee) and cook for another 10 minutes.

Heat ghee in a separate pan with
high heat then add the hot ghee into the carrot mixture.

Stir well and the dessert is
ready. Serve hot.
