Ingredients
Marinade A

White pepper powder - 1 teaspoon

Roasted cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1 tablespoon

Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Marinade B
-
Cream - 70 ml
-
Yoghurt (whisked) - 70 ml
-
Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
-
Chili powder - 1 teaspoon

Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon

Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Method

Cut paneer into bite size cube.

Mix paneer with marinade A and
marinate for 30 minute in fridge.

Marinate with marinade B for
another 30 minute.

Bake it for 5 minutes on each side
with an oven at 180˚C.

Brush some melted butter on the
bake paneer and sprinkle with chaat masala lime juice.

Serve with mint chutney.
