Method

Soak semolina for 10 minutes then
drain. Mix sugar, yeast and milk and leave it to froth for about
10 minutes.

Combine flour, yoghurt and
semolina in a large bowl then add yeast mixture and mix well.
Add right amount of water to form a soft dough. knead in the
ghee evenly and cover the dough with a damp cloth for 3 hours
until dough double in size.

Divide the dough in 20 small
portion and flatten it with both palms coated with ghee.

Heat oil in pan with high heat and
deep-fry flatten dough until puffy and golden brown . Serve hot.
