Kulfi Recipe (Indian Ice Cream)

Ingredients

  • Fresh milk - 3 Kilograms

  • Sugar - 200 grams

  • Pistachio - 50 grams

  • Almonds (pounded) - 50 grams

  • Rose water - 12 drops

Method

  • Bring fresh milk to the boil with high heat until thickened.

  • Add sugar, almond and pistachio seeds with thickened milk and mix well.

  • Fill the mixture in 10 moulds and leave to cool before deep frozen the cream mixture and serve like ice cream.
