Watercress With Almonds Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Watercress - 300 grams

  • Almonds - 1 tablespoon

  • Honey dates - 2 pieces

  • Dried tangerine peel - ¼ piece

  • Rock sugar - 60 grams

  • Boiled water - 3 cups

 

Method

  • Soak dried tangerine peel until soften and remove pith. Rinse watercress and cut into half.

  • Scald watercress in boiling water for a while and drain then transfer into a stewing pot.

  • Add all ingredients in and top with boiled water. Cover and stew for 3 hours and serve hot.
