Ingredients

Pepper mint leaves - 75 grams

Onions (cut in rings) - 1 piece

Eggs - 4 pieces

Preserved duck eggs - 1 piece
Seasoning

Light soy sauce - ˝ teaspoon

Cooking wine - ˝ teaspoon

Cooking oil - 2 teaspoons
Method

Remove shell from preserved duck
egg and diced.

Beat eggs, add seasoning and
preserved duck eggs and combine well.

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil,
sauté onions to fragrant, add egg mixture in and simmer with low
heat.

Stir egg constantly until almost
cooked then add pepper mint leaves, mix well and dish up.
