Ginger juice - 1 tablespoon

Cooking wine - 2 tablespoons

Light soy sauce - few drops

Sesame oil - few drops

Salt and sugar to taste
Method

Clean and remove innards of crabs,
cut crabs into half and deep dried in warm oil for a while.
Drain well and set aside.

Heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking
oil in a wok , sauté ginger and seasoning then add crabs.
Cover the wok for 3 minutes then dish up. Garnish dish with
Chinese parsley and serve.
