Stewed Crabs With Ginger Wine Recipe

Ingredients

  • Crabs - 750 grams

  • Ginger (shredded) - 2 slices

  • Chinese parsley - 2 stalks

Seasoning Ingredients

  • Ginger juice - 1 tablespoon

  • Cooking wine - 2 tablespoons

  • Light soy sauce - few drops

  • Sesame oil - few drops

  • Salt and sugar to taste

Method

  • Clean and remove innards of crabs, cut crabs into half and deep dried in warm oil for a while. Drain well and set aside.

  • Heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in  a wok , sauté ginger and seasoning then add crabs. Cover the wok for 3 minutes then dish up. Garnish dish with Chinese parsley and serve.
