Method

Cut fish fillet into serving size,
pat dry and marinate for 15 minutes.

Rinse glutinous rice and soak for
10 minutes then drain. Transfer to a steam pot, add salt and
sugar to taste. Top with fish fillet, mushrooms, ginger slices
and add sufficient amount of chicken stock.

Cover pot and steam for 2 hours,
sizzle with cooked oil and soy sauce, serve hot.
