Method

Remove shell and seeds from longan.

Parboil spareribs for 2 minutes,
drain and rinse.

Rinse wolfberry, lotus seeds and
fox nuts and set aside.

Bring 1500 ml of water to boil and
add all ingredients in. Cook with medium heat for 30 minutes and
simmer with low heat for 2 hours. Add salt to taste and serve
hot.
