Ingredients

Shou Wu - 19 grams

Rice - 75 grams

Black sesame - 75 grams

Brown sugar - 2 pieces

Water - 2 cups
Method

Cook shou wu in 2 cups of
water until water reduced to 1 cup then strain and keep sauce.

Rinse black sesame seeds then
drain well, stir fry in a wok without oil over low heat until
fragrant.

Wash rice and soak for 1 hour. Mix
rice and black sesame seeds in a food processor and blend with 2
cups of water, Strain and discard residue.

Mix blended sesame, shou wu
sauce and brown sugar in a pot, keep stirring and simmer with
low heat until boil. Serve hot.
