Sauce ingredients
Method

Cut laver sheets into 2inches X 4
inches in size.

Remove shell and clean prawns
well, rub with salt, rinse then pat dry and marinate for 10
minutes.

Spread out laver sheet, place 1
prawn and a strip of ham on to the sheet, roll and arrange on a
serving plate. Steam for 4 minutes.

Heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking
oil in a wok, add sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Spread
sauce onto the rolls and serve hot.
