Ingredients

Chuan Bei (Crushed) - 20 grams

Papaya (not too ripe) - 1 piece about
700grams

Rock sugar (crushed) - 35 grams

Boiled water - 1½ cups

Method

Remove skin and seeds from papaya
then cut into big cubes.

Put all ingredients into a stewing
pot, top with boiled water then cover and stew for 3 hours.
*Chuan Bei can be obtained from
most of the Chinese medical hall. |
