Honey Soup With Five Flowers Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chrysanthemum, Honey suckle (Jin Yin Hua), Ji Dan Hua, Mu Mian Hua, Ge Hua (total 115 grams)

  • Honey - ½ Cup

  • Water - 6 cups

Method

  • Rinse all flowers and put into a clay pot. Add 6 cups of water in and bring to boil.

  • Simmer for another 30 minutes with low heat and strain.

  • Stir in honey to dilute and serve.
