Clean pork, slice thinly and
marinate for 30 minutes.

Clean and soak dried oyster in a
cup of water for 30 minutes.

Clean and cut mustard green into
section.

Heat oil in wok, stir-fry ginger
and dried oysters, sizzle with cooking wine.

Add 6 cups of water into the wok
and bring to boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Add mustard green and sliced pork
in and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes.

Add salt to taste and serve hot.
