Dried Oyster And Mustard Green Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Lean pork - 110 grams

  • Dried oyster - 75 grams

  • Mustard green - 300 grams

  • Ginger - 2 slices

  • Cooking wine - 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

Marinades

  • Light soy sauce - 1 teaspoon

  • Corn starch - ½ teaspoon

  • Cooking oil - ½ teaspoon

Method

  • Clean pork, slice thinly and marinate for 30 minutes.

  • Clean and soak dried oyster in a cup of water for 30 minutes.

  • Clean and cut mustard green into section.

  • Heat oil in wok, stir-fry ginger and dried oysters, sizzle with cooking wine.

  • Add 6 cups of water into the wok and bring to boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.

  • Add mustard green and sliced pork in and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes.

  • Add salt to taste and serve hot.
