Method

Rinse and clean all ingredients,
soak dried tangerine peel until tender and remove pith.

Parboil lean pork for 2 minutes,
dish up, rinse and set aside.

Bring 1500 ml of water to the
boil, add all ingredients in and bring to boil again. Turn to
low heat and continue to simmer for another 2 hours.

Season with salt and serve hot.
