Method

Rinse
sesame seeds well and set aside.

Mix
minced prawns, chopped fat pork and seasoning ingredients, stir
in one direction to mix well then chill for 1 hour.

Mould
the prawn paste into a ½ inch flat piece,
brush with batter and coat with sesame seeds.

Deep fried in warm oil until
crispy and golden brown, drain and leave it to cool then cut
into strips and serve with Worchester sauce.
