Method

Rinse black moss, parboil for a
while and drain well.

Rinse pork, parboil for 3 minutes
and set aside. Soak tangerine peel until tender and remove pith.

Bring 1000 ml of water to boil,
add all ingredients in and bring to boil again. Turn to low heat
and simmer for 1½ hour.

Add salt to taste and serve hot.
