Black Moss Soup Recipe

      Ingredients

  • Lean pork - 150 grams

  • Honey dates - 5 pieces

  • Black moss - 8 grams

  • Dried tangerine peel - ½ pieces

  • Salt to taste

 

Method

  • Rinse black moss, parboil for a while and drain well.

  • Rinse pork, parboil for 3 minutes and set aside. Soak tangerine peel until tender and remove pith.

  • Bring 1000 ml of water to boil, add all ingredients in and bring to boil again. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1½ hour.

  • Add salt to taste and serve hot.
