Black Brow  Beans With Herbs Soup

Ingredients

  • Black brow beans - 60 grams

  • Dang Gui - 13 grams

  • Boiled eggs - 2 pieces

  • Red dates (remove seeds) - 4 pieces

  • Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon

  • Water - 5 cups

 

Method

  • Soak black brow beans for 30 minutes then drain.

  • Put all ingredients into 5 cups of water and bring to boil, simmer with low heat for another 1½ hours then add brown sugar and cook to dissolve. Serve hot.
