Ingredients

Black brow beans - 60 grams

Dang Gui - 13 grams

Boiled eggs - 2 pieces

Red dates (remove seeds) - 4 pieces

Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon

Water - 5 cups

Method

Soak black brow beans for 30
minutes then drain.

Put
all ingredients into 5 cups of water and bring to boil, simmer
with low heat for another 1½ hours then add
brown sugar and cook to dissolve. Serve hot.
