Method

Peel turnip and shredded into
long strips. Add corn starch, seasoning and toss to mix
well.

Add light soy sauce and white
pepper to taste with minced pork and stir to mix well.

Wrap 1 teaspoon minced pork
with 1 tablespoon of shredded turnip and form into a round
ball like size of ping pong. (Ingredients should be enough
to make about 30 balls)

Place all turnip balls in a
plate and steam with high heat for 12 minutes.

Garnish with chopped onions
and serve hot.
