Ingredients
- Soya bean sprouts (big bean) -
200 grams
- Firm bean curd (shredded) - 2
pieces
- Salted fish - 30 grams
- Chinese celery - 50 grams
- Red chili - 2 pieces
- Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken stock powder and salt
to taste
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons

Method
- Deep-fry shredded bean curd
and salted fish then set aside.
- Heat up 2 tablespoons of
cooking oil , drizzle with cooking wine then add in all
ingredients and stir well for 2 minutes.
- Dish out and serve hot.
