Stir-Fried Soya Bean Sprouts Recipe

     Ingredients
  • Soya bean sprouts (big bean) - 200 grams
  • Firm bean curd (shredded) - 2 pieces
  • Salted fish - 30 grams
  • Chinese celery - 50 grams
  • Red chili - 2 pieces
  • Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken stock powder and salt to taste
  • Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons

 

      Method

  • Deep-fry shredded bean curd and salted fish then set aside.
  • Heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking oil , drizzle with cooking wine then add in all ingredients and stir well for 2 minutes.
  • Dish out and serve hot.
