Ingredients
- Dried noodle (Prefer hand
made) - 500 grams
- Chives (cut into 2 inches
length) - 200 grams
- Bean sprout - 300 grams
- Firm bean curd (shredded and
fried) - 1 block
- Dried prawns - (soaked) - 150
grams
- Garlic (chopped) - 1
tablespoon
- Egg (beaten, pan fried
and shredded) - 1 piece
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water - 100ml
Method
- Blanch noodle in boiling water
until 80% cooked. Dish up and rinse with cold water, drain well
then set aside.
- Heat some oil in pan, fry
shredded bean curd to lightly brown and set aside.
- Add dried prawns into pan and
stir fry until aromatic then add garlic and sauté until
fragrant. Add chives, fried bean curd, bean sprout, salt and
pepper and stir well.
- Add water and bring to boil,
add noodle and stir fry until dish slight dry up.
- Spread shredded egg on top of
noodle and serve.
