Ingredients
- Pig Intestine - 600

- Pineapple - 400 grams
- Garlic (chopped)- 1

- Ginger - 5 slices
- Tamarind Juice - 2

- Plain Flour - 5

- White Vinegar -2
tablespoons

Method
- Clean pig intestine
thoroughly, mix tamarind juice with 1 tablespoon of salt and 5
tablespoons of plain flour, rub with pig intestine for 2 minutes
then rinse with water. Scald in boiling water for a while then
cut into serving pieces.
- Heat up cooking oil in pan and
sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add pig intestine,
pineapple then stir fry for about 2 minutes. Add rice vinegar,
sugar and cornstarch solution, stir and mix well until gravy
thicken.
