Bean curd (tofu) - 4 blocks

Garlic (chopped) - 1teaspoon

Shallots (chopped) - 1 tablespoon

Water - 500 ml

Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons

Sauce

Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon

Corn starch solution - 2
tablespoons

salt, pepper and sesame oil to
taste
Method

Mix all ingredients B in a big
bowl and set aside for 30 minutes.

Halved the tofu, make a cut in the
center and stuff the meat mixture.

Heat cooking oil in wok, stir-fry
chopped garlic and shallots to fragrant. Add water in and bring
to boil then carefully add tofu in and cook for 10 minutes.

Add sauce in and thicken with
cornstarch solution. Serve hot.
