Green Pea  Pork Liver Soup Recipe

      Ingredients
  • Green Pea - 1 can
  • Pig liver (sliced) - 200 grams
  • Pork (minced) - 200 grams
  • Garlic (chopped) - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 700 ml
  • Light soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
  • Pinch of pepper and drops of sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon

      Method

  • Marinate minced pork and liver separately with light soy sauce, cornstarch, pepper and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, stir to fragrant garlic. Add water and bring to boil.
  • Add Green pea, liver, minced pork and bring to boil for 1 minute.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
