Ingredients
- Green Pea - 1 can
- Pig liver (sliced) - 200 grams
- Pork (minced) - 200 grams
- Garlic (chopped) - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 700 ml
- Light soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Pinch of pepper and drops of
sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon

Method
- Marinate minced pork and liver
separately with light soy sauce, cornstarch, pepper and sesame
oil for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking
oil, stir to fragrant garlic. Add water and bring to boil.
- Add Green pea, liver, minced
pork and bring to boil for 1 minute.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
and serve hot.
