Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Cornstarch solution - 3

Method

Wash and cut pork into strips.
Marinate pork with salt for 30 minutes.

Coat pork strips in plain flour,
dip into egg solution then coat with cornstarch again.

Heat oil in wok and deep-fry until
golden brown.

Bring sauce to boil and spread
over fried pork. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
