Ingredients
- Eggplants - 2 pieces
- Garlic (chopped) - 2 cloves
- Sweet basil leaves or mint
leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Light soy sauce - 2 tablespoon
- Pinch of pepper
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 2 tablespoons

Method
- Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil
and stir fry garlic to fragrant. Add water, oyster sauce, light
soy sauce, bring gravy to boil and set aside.
- Remove skin from eggplants and
cut into long strips. Steam at high heat until soft. Remove and
spread gravy onto eggplants.
- Sprinkle with chop sweet basil
leaves or mint leaves and serve.
