Marinades

Five spice powder - 2 teaspoons

Cooking wine - 3 teaspoons

Method

Clean and cut pork into thick
slices.

Marinate meat with marinate
ingredients for at least 2 hours, better overnight.

Before deep-frying, add corn
starch and beaten egg. Stir to mix well.

deep-fry pork slices with medium heat until gold brown.
