Ingredients
- Plain Flour - 600 grams
- Tapioca flour - 300 grams
- Cooking oil - 3 tablespoon
- Water - 1600 ml
- Salt to taste
- Chives (cut into ½ Inch
length) - 1 kilograms
- Dried prawns (soaked and
chopped) - 200 grams

Method
- To make batter - Mix plain
flour, tapioca four, little bit of oil, water and salt then make
into a smooth batter. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- To prepare fillings - Heat 3
tablespoons of cooking and stir fry dried prawns to fragrant.
Add chives and salt to taste, stir well for 3 minutes then set
aside.
- Heat up a non-stick pan, pour
some batter in and swirl into a round thin pancake.
- Put some fillings on top of
the pancake and roll up like a spring roll.
- Cut into bite size and serve
