Chives Pancake Roll Recipe

      Ingredients

  • Plain Flour - 600 grams
  • Tapioca flour - 300 grams
  • Cooking oil - 3 tablespoon
  • Water - 1600 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Chives (cut into ½ Inch length) - 1 kilograms
  • Dried prawns (soaked and chopped) - 200 grams

 

      Method

  • To make batter - Mix plain flour, tapioca four, little bit of oil, water and salt then make into a smooth batter. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  • To prepare fillings - Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking and stir fry dried prawns to fragrant. Add chives and salt to taste, stir well for 3 minutes then set aside.
  • Heat up a non-stick pan, pour some batter in and swirl into a round thin pancake.
  • Put some fillings on top of the pancake and roll up like a spring roll.
  • Cut into bite size and serve
