Ingredients
- 1 medium size
lobster
- pinch of
garlic powder
- ½ tsp garlic
salt
- 1 tbsp chopped
spring onions
- 1 red chili
(sliced)
- 1 tbsp
cornstarch
Method
- Clean and
rinse lobster well then cut it into two portion.
- Season lobster
with garlic powder and garlic salt for a while then coat with
cornstarch.
- Deep-fry
lobster in hot oil until done then dish out.
- Sprinkle
lobster with chopped spring onions and sliced chili then dust it
with little bit od garlic powder and garlic salt.
- Drizzle some
hot oil over and serve.
