Ingredients
- 8 crab claw with shells
removed
- 100 grams pork with litter fat
(minced)
- 100 grams lean pork (minced)
- 200 grams prawn (remove shell
and minced)
- 70 grams bamboo shoots, chop
fine
- Corn flour for dusting
- 2 cups cooking oil
- A
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon chopped spring
onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of chicken stock powder
and pepper
Method
- Combine the minced fat pork,
lean pork, prawn and bamboo shoots with A.
- Beat the mixture with a spoon
for 10 minutes and divide into 8 portions.
- Coat the crab claws with the
mixture.
- Dust the coated crab claw with
corn flour and deep-fry in oil until crab claw turn golden
color.
