Fried Crab Claw Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 crab claw with shells removed
  • 100 grams pork with litter fat (minced)
  • 100 grams lean pork (minced)
  • 200 grams prawn (remove shell and minced)
  • 70 grams bamboo shoots, chop fine
  • Corn flour for dusting
  • 2 cups cooking oil

Method

  • Combine the minced fat pork, lean pork, prawn and bamboo shoots with A.
  • Beat the mixture with a spoon for 10 minutes and divide into 8 portions.
  • Coat the crab claws with the mixture.
  • Dust the coated crab claw with corn flour and deep-fry in oil until crab claw turn golden color.
