Capelin is considered as a high
value fish especially in Japan which particularly sought for its'
eggs.
Ingredients
- 8 capelin
- ½ tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp of garlic salt
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- cooking oil for deep-frying
Method
- Clean capelin and rinse well,
pat dry and marinate fish with turmeric powder and garlic salt
for few minutes.
- Coat fish with cornstarch and
deep fried in high heat until fish turn golden color.
- Drain well and serve.
