Ingredients
- Pork (tenderloin) - 300 grams
- Onions (sliced) - 1 piece
- green pepper (sliced) - 1
piece
- Red chili (sliced) - 1 piece
- Cucumber (sliced) - ½ piece
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- pepper powder - ¼ teaspoon
- tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
- vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- water - ½ cup
- Cooking oil - For deep frying
- Cornstarch - 3 tablespoons
- Cornstarch solution - 2
tablespoons
Method
- Cut pork into ½ inch thickness
and 1 inch square and season with soy sauce, pepper, and tomato
sauce for 20 minutes.
- Coated pork with cornstarch
and deep-fry in hot oil until golden color then drained and set
aside.
- Keep about 2 tablespoons of
cooking in pan and stir-fry onions, green pepper, chili and
cucumber for 1 minute then add vinegar, sugar and water and
bring to boil.
- Thicken gravy with cornstarch
solution and add pork in . Cook for another minute and dish is
ready to serve.
