Ingredients

gram beef cut into thin slice

gram ginger (thin slice)

piece red pepper

Spring onions

Chinese cooking wine (1 table spoon)

sugar (1 tea spoon)

Corn flour mix with water

1Garlic (chopped)

Sesame oil (1 tea spoon)

Cooking oil (3 table spoon)
Season
Beef for 1/2 Hour with the following:
-
dark soy sauce (1 tea spoon)
-
light soy sauce (1 tea spoon)
-
white pepper powder (add to taste)
Methods

heat oil until high temperature
-
stir-fry beef for about 1 min and
keep aside
-
stir-fry ginger in balance oil until
fragrance
-
add garlic, red pepper and spring onions
and mix well
-
add 300ml water and bring to boil
-
add beef and simmer for about 1 min
-
add sugar and Chinese cooking wine
-
add salt to taste and ready to serve
