Stir-Fried Beef Recipe

Ingredients

  • 400 gram beef cut into thin slice

  • 50 gram ginger (thin slice)

  • 1 piece red pepper

  • Spring onions

  • Chinese cooking wine (1 table spoon)

  • sugar (1 tea spoon)

  • Corn flour mix with water

  • 1Garlic (chopped)

  • Sesame oil (1 tea spoon)

  • Cooking oil (3 table spoon)

 Season Beef for 1/2 Hour with the following:

  • dark soy sauce (1 tea spoon)

  • light soy sauce (1 tea spoon)

  • white pepper powder (add to taste)

Methods

  • heat oil until high temperature

  • stir-fry beef  for about 1 min and keep aside

  • stir-fry ginger in balance oil until fragrance

  • add garlic, red pepper and spring onions and mix well

  • add 300ml water and bring to boil

  • add beef and simmer for about 1 min

  • add sugar and Chinese cooking wine

  • add salt to taste and ready to serve
