Ingredients

1 Pork legs split into 2

garlic (5 cloves)

star anise (3 pieces)
-
cloves (2 pieces)
-
cinnamon stick (1
piece)

dried chili (3
Pieces)
-
black soy sauce
(three table spoon)
-
light soy sauce (2
table spoon)
-
sugar (2 tea spoon)
-
dried cuttlefish
-
dried mushroom (soak
in water to soften)
-
water (measure to
cover pork leg)
-
oyster sauce (2 tea
spoon)
Method
-
mix sugar, black and
light soy sauce well with water
-
add pork leg, garlic,
star anise, cloves, cinnamon stick, dried chili. dried cuttlefish,
mushroom and bring to boil
-
turn to low heat and
simmer for 1-1/2 hour
-
take out pork leg and
leave it to cool
-
remove bones and cut
pork leg into bite size, arrange on a plate
-
add oyster sauce and
salt to taste in remain gravy
-
spread gravy on pork
leg and serve
(To save time, use of Pressure Cooker, Sauce Pan is also recommended)
