Ingredient
- Artificial Shark fins (Frozen Pack,
soaked and soften) - 300 grams
- Crab meat - 120 grams
- Water chestnut powder -
1 tablespoon
- Dried fish (pan fried and
pounded) - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken stock - 1.5 liters
- Chicken breast meat (shredded)
- 200 grams
- Black vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Egg (beaten) - 1 piece
- Salt to taste

Methods
- Rinse and scald artificial shark fin with
boiling water and set aside.
- Bring 1.5 liters of chicken
stock to boil, add shark fins, shredded chicken, crab meat and
let it boil for another 3 minutes.
- Dilute water chestnuts powder
in ½ cup of water and gradually stir into the soup to thicken
it.
- Stir in the beaten egg and
sprinkle pounded dried fish to garnish and add black vinegar
before serving.
Note: use artificial shark fin
to support shark saver. |
