Shark Fins Soup With Crab Meat Recipe

      Ingredient

  • Artificial Shark fins (Frozen Pack, soaked and soften) - 300 grams
  • Crab meat - 120 grams
  • Water chestnut powder -  1 tablespoon
  • Dried fish (pan fried and pounded) - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken stock - 1.5 liters
  • Chicken breast meat (shredded) - 200 grams
  • Black vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Egg (beaten) - 1 piece
  • Salt to taste

      Methods

  • Rinse and scald artificial shark fin with boiling water and set aside.
  • Bring 1.5 liters of chicken stock to boil, add shark fins, shredded chicken, crab meat and let it boil for another 3 minutes.
  • Dilute water chestnuts powder in ½ cup of water and gradually stir into the soup to thicken it.
  • Stir in the beaten egg and sprinkle pounded dried fish to garnish and add black vinegar before serving.

Note: use artificial shark fin to support shark saver.
