Ingredients
- Lean pork with some fat (cut
into 2 inches strips) -500 grams

- Chicken stock powder - 1
teaspoon
- Salt -2 teaspoons
- Sugar - 4 tablespoons
- Black soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Cochineal - 2 drops
- Water - 3 tablespoons
Method
- Marinate the pork strips in A
for 4 to 5 hours
- Preheat oven to 220˚C. Place
pork strips on a cooking rack and roast for 20 minutes
- Remove form oven and spread
remaining marinade.
- Lower oven temperature to
190˚C and continue to roast for another 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, leave it
cool and slice to serve.
