Ingredients
- Lamb (cut from rolled shoulder
of loin chops) - 1 kilograms
- Cooking oil - 4 tablespoons

- Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons
- cooking wine - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic (crushed) - 2 cloves
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped ginger - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Method
- Cut lamb into ½ inch slices
and marinate in A for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 200˚C
- Spread oil over the lamb
slices and place in oven to roast for 15 minutes.
- Turn the mutton slices and
continue to roast for another 15 minutes. Total roasting time is
30 minutes.
- This dish is also suitable for
barbecue by using charcoal fire.
