Roast Lamb Recipe

Ingredients

  • Lamb (cut from rolled shoulder of loin chops) - 1 kilograms
  • Cooking oil - 4 tablespoons

A

  • Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons
  • cooking wine - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (crushed) - 2 cloves
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped ginger - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Method

  • Cut lamb into ½ inch slices and marinate in A for 2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 200˚C
  • Spread oil over the lamb slices and place in oven to roast for 15 minutes.
  • Turn the mutton slices and continue to roast for another 15 minutes. Total roasting time is 30 minutes.
  • This dish is also suitable for barbecue by using charcoal fire.
