Prawns With Green Peas Recipe

Ingredients

  • Small prawns - 300 grams
  • Roasted cashew nuts - 50 grams
  • Green peas (frozen or canned) - 50 grams
  • Ginger - 2 slices
  • Cooking oil - 3 tablespoons

A

  • Egg white - ½ egg
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Corn flour - 1 tablespoon

B

  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Method

  • Sell and clean prawns. Marinate with A for 30 minutes.
  • Heat up cooking oil in pan and stir fry ginger slices until fragrant.
  • Add prawns, then the peas , stir fry for 3 minutes then add B.
  • When prawn are cooked, remove from heat and add in the roasted cashew nuts.
  • Serve while hot.
