Ingredients
- Small prawns - 300 grams
- Roasted cashew nuts - 50 grams
- Green peas (frozen or canned)
- 50 grams
- Ginger - 2 slices
- Cooking oil - 3 tablespoons
A
- Egg white - ½ egg
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
B
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
Method
- Sell and clean prawns.
Marinate with A for 30 minutes.
- Heat up cooking oil in pan and
stir fry ginger slices until fragrant.
- Add prawns, then the peas , stir
fry for 3 minutes then add B.
- When prawn are cooked, remove from heat and add in the
roasted cashew nuts.
- Serve while hot.
