Pork Chop With Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

  • Pork chop -  2 pieces (220 grams)
  • Cheese - 2 slices
  • Ham - 2 slices
  • Broccoli (cut into florets) - 150 grams
  • Carrots (cut into thick slices) - 60 grams
  • Tomato - 1 piece
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon

Method

  • Clean and drain pork chop dry then cut each pork chop into half without separating the meat. Marinate with pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Coat the pork chops with cornstarch then stuff in each pork chop 1 piece of cheese and ham.
  • Fry pork chop until cooked and dish out.
  • Add broccoli and carrots in boiling water with little bit of oil and salt for 3 minutes then dish out and drain.
  • Garnish cooked pork chop with slices of tomato, carrots and broccoli and serve.
