Ingredients
- Pork chop - 2 pieces
(220 grams)
- Cheese - 2 slices
- Ham - 2 slices
- Broccoli (cut into florets) -
150 grams
- Carrots (cut into thick
slices) - 60 grams
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
Method
- Clean and drain pork chop dry
then cut each pork chop into half without separating the meat.
Marinate with pinch of salt and pepper.
- Coat the pork chops with
cornstarch then stuff in each pork chop 1 piece of cheese and
ham.
- Fry pork chop until cooked and
dish out.
- Add broccoli and carrots in
boiling water with little bit of oil and salt for 3 minutes then
dish out and drain.
- Garnish cooked pork chop with
slices of tomato, carrots and broccoli and serve.
